At Smithey Ironware, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our cookware and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your piece doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Secure the Cookware

  Place the ironware in its original packaging with all inserts; ensure it is padded well to prevent damage during transit back to our foundry.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
